JAMESON CASKMATES STOUT

When barrels from Franciscan Wells distillery used for aging stout were returned, they were filled with cask-strength blended Jameson and aged about 6 months. Darker in color with a rich heavy mouthfeel.

JAMESON CASKMATES IPA

Since the stout barrel swap went so well in 2013, they aged this Jameson in Franciscan Well brewery IPA barrels. Both crisp and smooth with notes of citrus and floral.

JAMESON COOPER’S CROZE

The first part in a series celebrating whiskey makers, Cooper’s (barrel maker) Croze (tool used by Cooper) honors the art of the head cooper at Midleton distillery, whose skill has been passed down for 5 generations. Matured in bourbon and sherry casks, leaving notes of vanilla and fruit with a touch of hazelnut and toasted wood.

MIDLETON VERY RARE 2017

This whiskey was created in 1984 and released annually every year. The Master Distiller hand selects the finest and rarest whiskey, blending to create each year’s limited and highly distinguished, vintage release. Initial introduction in the mouth is smooth and sweet with vanilla and red apple, then cinnamon, clove, root ginger, and antique wood. The finish is long with spices giving way to green fruit and stalks of barley.

MIDLETON BARRY CROCKETT

Named in honor of Barry Crockett, a celebrated 2nd generation Master Distiller at Midleton, who created the Midleton Very Rare. First released in 2011, it is a single pot still whiskey aged in both bourbon and new American oak barrels, and winner of over 30 awards. Light pepper on to fresh citrus, limes, and mandarin sweetness, hints of cinnamon, vanilla, and oak that finishes with a full spectrum of flavors fading into American oak.

PADDY

One of the first companies to bottle their whiskey, located in county Cork. Consisting of relatively low pot still content and a high proportion of malt whiskey that is matured in oak casks up to 7 years. Soft and mellow with a touch of sweet oil, spices, and background notes of honey, vanilla, and toasted wood. (First whiskey owner Mary drank in Ireland!)

POWERS GOLD

POWERS JOHN’S LANE

12-year-old single pot still aged in a combination of bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry casks. Smooth with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, coffee and dark fruit.

TEELING SMALL BATCH

Teeling’s flagship whiskey is a blended and further matured in ex-rum barrels. This whiskey is smooth, sweet, and slightly woody, finishing with sweet spice and a woody undertone.

TEELING SINGLE GRAIN

Single grain whiskey fully matured in California red wine barrels. Initially spice giving way to red berries and grapes ending with dry tannin, the finish is dry with wood and spice.

TEELING SINGLE MALT

The third release from Teeling, this is 100% malted barley is vatted in 5 different wine casks; Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Dry fruit, citrus, vanilla, spice and cloves round out the palate with a long, sweet finish that is dry from the woods.

TULLAMORE DEW 12 YEAR

Blend of three Irish whiskeys with a high proportion of pot still and malt whiskeys matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks for12 to 15 years. Deep spice with a creamy body with a chocolate note accompanied with dried fruit and nut, the finish is long with citrus, chocolate, raisin, and marzipan.

TULLAMORE DEW 18 YEAR SINGLE MALT

Limited edition with fewer than 2,500 bottles, finished for up to 6 months in bourbon, sherry, Port, and Madeira casks. The taste is rich with oak, spice, and burnt caramel with a finish of raw honey, toffee, burnt caramel and sharp spice.

TYRCONNELL SINGLE MALT

Legendary double distilled single malt born in 1876, named in celebration of the chestnut-colored colt, Tyrconnell, who bested horses and oddsmakers at the prestigious National Produce Stakes horse race. Initially intended to be a single release, it became a mainstay after receiving accolades. The taste is rich and honeyed with the finish bringing forth the malt, allowing the graininess to come forward.

TYRCONNELL 10 YEAR SHERRY CASK

After 10 years aging, this whiskey spends 6 to 8 months in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. The single malt and fortified wine cask is described as a veritable dessert in a glass. Thick notes of sherry with hints of a tarte tatin (upside down pastry where fruit is caramelized before baked) and custard.

TYRCONNELL 10 YEAR MADEIRA CASK

Aged 10 years, then finished in a Madeira cask. Begins with a salty, red fruit nose, then finishes dry with cocoa, caramel, and allspice.

GLENDALOUGH DOUBLE BARREL

A single grain Irish whiskey aged first for 3% years in bourbon barrels then finished for 6 months in Oloroso sherry casks. From the bourbon barrels you’ll pick up chocolate and caramel notes, from the Oloroso casks you’ll find fruitier notes with touches of nutty and from both barrels being oaked, you’ll get a vanilla thread throughout.

GLENDALOUGH POITIN

Poitin came before whiskey and hails from the Irish monastic settlements, known to be the birthplace of distilling with records dating from 584 AD. Traditionally, Poitin was made from malted barley, sugar beet and potatoes by Irish monks. Glendalough 13 year – 13 is known as Ireland’s luckiest number – is a single malt Irish whiskey. You’ll note hints of spice, creamy vanilla and biscuity flavored malts.

GREEN SPOT

A single pot still Irish whiskey matured in bourbon and sherry casks. You’ll note a full, spicy body, a hint of cloves, green apples and toasted oak.

GREEN SPOT CHATEAU LEOVILLE BARTON

Initially matured in Oloroso sherry casks, fresh American Oak, and Bourbon barrels, then finished in Chateau Leoville Barton Bordeaux wine casks for 12 to 24 months. The palate may pick up green apple, lemon peel, vanilla, currant, and warm spice.

GREEN SPOT CHATEAU MONTELLENA

Initially matured in Sherry and Bourbon casks then finished for 12 months in French Oak Zinfandel wine casks. The wine cask produces a sweet mouth coating on a dry note, tastes of citrus leading to ripe fruit and berries with a touch of marzipan and toasted oak.

HELL-CAT MAGGIE

Single copper pot still Irish whiskey named after the notorious Dead Rabbits gang member, Maggie was known for filing her teeth into points and nails to better fight her opponents.

JAMESON BLENDERS DOG

Another part of the whiskey makers series, Blender’s Dog celebrates the craft of Jameson’s head blender and the tool he uses “the blender’s dog”. Tasting notes are butterscotch, pot still spices, fruit, and charred oak.

JAMESON 12 YEAR

Aged 12 years in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, exhibits more full-bodied and woody than the original with a warm spicy finish.

JAMESON 18 YEAR

Aged 18 years in hand selected oak casks from Europe and America then finished in first fill bourbon barrels with each bottle individually numbered. Subtle taste of vanilla with lasting wood, spice and toffee.

KILBEGGAN

Dating back to 1757 and named after St. Becan, this whiskey is one of the twelve apostles of Ireland, founder of a 6th century monastery. A blended grain and malt whiskey that is double distilled an anomaly, as Irish whiskey, as a rule, is triple distilled. Flavor notes are honey, malty, pepper, and woody.

KNAPPOGUE CASTLE 12 YEAR

A single malt whiskey aged for 12 years in bourbon barrels that comes from county Clare. Knappogue is gaelic and translated means hill of the kiss. Both sweet and smooth it is well balanced with fruitiness and mild spice.

KNAPPOGUE 14 YEAR TWIN WOOD

Single malt Irish whiskey aged for 14 years in bourbon married with single malt Irish whiskey aged 14 years in sherry casks. Rich fruity, nutty, and vanilla notes.

Single malt Irish whiskey aged for just over 14 years in bourbon barrels then 21 months in Sherry casks. Nutty and complex sherry maltiness along with sweet fruity notes.

KNOCKMORE

Blend of aged single malts with 8 to 10-year grain and malt whiskeys, finished in first fill bourbon casks. Light vanilla with lasting spice, this Irish whiskey was created to please both bourbon and scotch drinkers.

QUIET MAN

Blended Irish whiskey from county Derry finished in first fill Bourbon barrels. Smooth taste of creamy vanilla, toasted oats, honey with a spicy cinnamon finish.

QUIET MAN 8 YEAR SINGLE MALT

8-year old single malt whiskey finished in first fill bourbon barrels. Notes of toffee, apple, pear, and vanilla with an oak and spice finish.

REDBREAST 12 YEAR

Single pot still that is one of the most decorated Irish whiskeys and is the world’s largest selling single pot still Irish whiskey. Rich and spicy notes of sultanas and figs, toasted wood with a hint of vanilla and a long finish.

REDBREAST 12 YEAR CASK STRENGTH

Rich and complex single pot still Irish whiskey, 58.6% ABV. Has a big taste with stewed fruit, spice, biscuit, and oak.

REDBREAST 15 YEAR

Considered by many to be the benchmark for single pot still whiskey. The added aging gives this whiskey further depth and complexity.

REDBREAST 21 YEAR

The oldest aging available from Redbreast, this single pot still of malted and unmalted barley has been aged 21 years in bourbon and first fill Oloroso sherry casks. The nose is full of fruit and nut, the taste is rich and creamy with spice, vanilla, and toasted oak with a long smooth finish.

REDBREAST LUSTAU

Aged 9 to 12 years in bourbon and sherry casks then finished for an additional year in first fill hand selected sherry butts from Bodegas Lustau in Spain. The Spanish Oloroso casks give marked notes of red fruit and plumb along with a sweet and spicy finish, with the Sherry and oak having the final influence.

SEXTON

From the Northern coast of Ireland, this is a malted barley distilled in copper pot and aged in first, second, and third fill Oloroso sherry casks. of dried fruit, honeyed malt and oils with a mildly sweet, woody finish.

SLANE TRIPLE CASK

Blend of both malt and grain that is triple cask aged using virgin oak, seasoned oak and Oloroso sherry, giving way to tastes of toasted oak, vanilla, banana, clove, raisin, and spice.
